Join us for an exclusive day in Copenhagen where wine enthusiasts can dive deep into the nuances of flavor and aroma. Discover what Brett, TCA, diacetyl, and rotundone truly smell like through direct tasting experiences. Under the guidance of Sietze Wijma and The Art of Tasting, you'll explore 25+ flavor compounds and wine faults in isolation — one by one, using a neutral base wine. To cap off the day, engage in a thrilling blind tasting of four commercial wines. This is a unique opportunity; these faults are experiences most tasters encounter only by chance, but here, you will seek them out intentionally.
