Join us for the fourth Winter Warmers event hosted by Down to Earth: Peeling Away Grief With Compassion with the incredible Jen Goodman. This workshop will explore complementary therapies such as Kinesiology, NLP, and Sound Healing, aiming to bring about positive change and measurable outcomes during the grieving process.

A message from Jen Goodman:
"For over 16 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through my work as a kinesiologist, helping them find balance, healing, and a deeper connection with themselves. As a Death Doula, I feel deeply called to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate the sacred journey of dying, death, and grief. I believe that when we create space for honest conversations about loss, we reduce fear, foster compassion, and strengthen our communities. My passion is to increase death and grief literacy by offering gentle education, meaningful support, and opportunities for people to approach life's most profound transitions with greater understanding, courage, and connection."
