Register here for a welcoming group walk around the beautiful Hidden Lake, followed by a guided outdoor sound bath led by Marilyn, founder of Star Sound Bath.
If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, this is the perfect opportunity to try something new! Using the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to relax, recharge, and simply be present.
