Women Who Lift

Women Who Lift is an invite-only training session at Arena of Kleos, San Francisco's premier private strength training club.
Yes, it's about lifting weights. It's also about the women who lift each other up. Women who celebrate each other, hold space on hard days, and show up. That's who this is for.
A small, curated group, working through a session led by a private trainer inside one of the most beautiful gyms in the city. Brick walls, brass plates, serious iron, and great music!!
For women who want to start training, or already train and want to push. Come ready to sweat, chase a pump, and start the weekend strong.
It's also a great space to meet people. No laptops, no pitches, no agenda beyond the workout and the women in the room. Just a really good Saturday with women who get it.
