To honor the journey towards ICML 2026 in Seoul, builders from San Francisco and Seoul will unite for a Codex-supported build day, focusing on football, sports, data, games, simulations, and global fandom.

Participants can utilize public World Cup data, football statistics, fan culture, national rivalries, sports media, AI agents, visualizations, games, prediction tools, memes, simulations, research ideas, or anything else inspired by this beautiful game. 🏆

This isn’t a strict hackathon; it’s a playful build day for crafting fun prototypes! 🎉

Codex will assist throughout the event, enabling participants to turn ideas into functional prototypes, explore datasets, create interfaces, write scripts, and prepare short demos.

We will build locally in both cities and connect live across SF and Seoul. At the conclusion, each city will choose one standout build to present to the other. 🌉
