In this enriching session, our esteemed authors will delve into their own works, share insights on crafting gender-diverse characters, and engage in meaningful conversations that celebrate inclusivity. The participating writers include:

• Sophie Labelle (she/her): Cartoonist and novelist ( Serious Trans Vibes, The Best of Assigned Male )
• Taneli Leonora Viljanen (they/them): Poet ( Glitterneste )
• Xan van Rooyen (they/them): Fantasy novelist ( Sauúti Terrors, Born of Malice )
• Susi Nousiainen (he/him): Poet and cartoonist ( Muovikauris, Hiljaista vettä, Se on amisjuttu! )
• Aatos Koutonen (they/them): Advocate and romance writer ( Kiire vessaan: a Campaign of Fictional Interviews for Inkotuki, Kanna tuuli kaipauksein, a historical romance )

The panel will be expertly hosted by Dougie K Powell (they/he), a YA romance author known for ( My Best Rival, The Grown Ups ).
