About Your Teacher

Hi, I’m Ninnie — a dedicated yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa & Yin yoga. I honor yoga as a transformative path towards self-awareness and healing and create a space where your practice is a way to listen to and nurture your body.
