Join us for a delightful community yoga picnic immersed in the beauty of nature! 🌳✨ This outdoor gathering is perfect for fostering movement, connection, and togetherness—no prior yoga experience required!

We'll kick things off with a gentle vinyasa-style flow, gradually transitioning to more restorative movements and breathwork. With options and adjustments offered throughout, this session is accessible for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi.

After our movement practice, we're excited to gather for an optional sharing circle. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, reflect, and engage with one another in a supportive and welcoming space.

Following the circle, let’s unwind with a relaxed picnic! Light refreshments will be provided, and you are more than welcome to bring along any snacks you'd like to enjoy or share. 🥐🍓
