Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) at ROCovery

Join us for the rejuvenating Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) at ROCovery! 🧘‍♂️✨ This enriching event begins with a 12-Step meeting featuring readings and a chance to share personal experiences. Following this, participants will engage in a restorative yoga practice, seamlessly connecting mind, body, and spirit on their recovery journey.

This event is open to individuals 18 years or older. All our classes and events are free for anyone with at least 48 hours of continuous sobriety. If you're joining us for the first time, please ensure you fill out a membership questionnaire before attending.
