This invigorating, endurance-based workout uses light to medium weights and equipment like bands and gliding discs to help sculpt and define your muscles while boosting overall mobility. Everyone is welcome, so come ready to flow and learn how to perfect your slick-back hairstyle alongside the JŪS team, as they provide an enriching hair mask experience throughout your workout.
