This month, we'll dive deep into the revolutionary essence of zines—self-made, self-published, and self-distributed works of art. Expect a night bursting with creativity and empowerment as we draw inspiration from historical zinesters who leveraged this powerful medium to spark movements. We'll kick things off with an intro to zines, share some motivating examples, and then let your creativity flow! 🎉

What to Expect:

• All materials are provided! Get ready to explore our extensive collection of curated collage materials, stamps, stickers, drawing tools, papers, label makers, and more to craft something truly unique. 💖 Feel free to bring any personal photographs or materials you wish to incorporate!
• We’ll wrap up the evening by sharing our creations with one another.

Whether this is your first zine or your 500th, there's a spot for you at our communal art table! 🌈

Getting Here:
Our cozy hidden art studio is located at 20 Grand Ave, on the 6th floor of a commercial building in Brooklyn. Just buzz #604, push to enter, and take the elevator up. Don't forget to push the button until it turns red!! Once you exit, take a right and another left at the end of the hallway; our door will be the first on your right.

Important Notes:

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Double-check your calendar before purchasing. If you can't make it, feel free to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket board. Just let them know to use your name!
• Please be aware that all attendees consent to being photographed for promotional purposes.
• Guests must be 18+ to attend since our furry friends can't join us in the studio! 🐾
