🌿 Living History Course: Where History and Nature Unite!

Join us for an immersive journey into the 1800s! Throughout this 9-week program, participants will engage in hands-on activities that bring history to life.

🗓️ Course Schedule:
Wednesdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Spring Session: Starts March 4
Fall Session: Starts September 9
We need at least 6 students to add another day.

What to Expect:

• Craft period-appropriate toys 🎨
• Churn butter 🧈
• Process wool or cotton into yarn 🧶
• Practice natural drying techniques 🌾

Each week introduces new skills, with an emphasis on how to be an interpreter rooted in both history and nature.

Volunteer Requirement:

At the end of the session, participants must volunteer for one day during our Walker Farm Pioneer Days event. Choose a station to run and feel free to help out on additional days if you wish!
