Bringing together non-executive directors, general counsels and senior executives, our expert panel will explore what effective climate and nature governance looks like for boards, with a particular focus on legal and fiduciary considerations, climate risk and reliance, ecosystem dependencies and considerations especially regarding ecosystem collapse and financial exposure, litigation risks and how to embed climate and nature within board strategy.
