About Luisito Quintero:

Born in the vibrant neighborhood of San Agustin in Caracas, Venezuela, Luis Ernesto Quintero Vegas, known as Luisito Quintero, is a talented percussionist with a rich musical heritage. Trained by his father, he started mastering timbales at a young age and made his performance debut at just eight years old!

Luisito has shared the stage with legends and integrated diverse percussion instruments into his playing. His numerous accolades include over 60 Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards, with recent honors for his work with Chick Corea & The Spanish Heart Band and Spanish Harlem Orchestra.
