You’ll taste the sherry-matured Dos Maderas Selección and the unique Dos Maderas 12YO Origen Thailand, the agricole elegance of Depaz (Les Millésimes 2010 & Single Cask 2011), the Venezuelan profile of Bocathéva 15 YO, and the vintage Oliver’s Exquisito 1985. A detailed analysis of aging, barrel influence, and production methods. A masterclass for connoisseurs, personally led by the renowned icon of the rum world, Global Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell.
