Itinerary:

• 17:00 - Guest arrival and wristband allocation
• 17:30 - Zoo tour & animal talk (1st wristband)
• 18:00 - Zoo tour & animal talk (2nd wristband)
• 19:00 - 20:00 - BBQ time!
• 19:30 - 21:30 - Acoustic live music session and S'mores 🔥

• Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of adverse weather. Full refunds will be issued if the zoo closes due to weather conditions.
• Children under 3 enter for free, but must be supervised at all times.
• Free parking available; limited accessible parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Wheelchair users should be aware that some zoo pathways can be challenging; mobility scooters are available for hire.
• Please wear appropriate footwear and notify us in advance of any allergies impacting your BBQ options.
