Join us for an immersive sourdough bread baking workshop! 🍞✨
You’ll engage in a hands-on experience: feed your starter, mix your dough, and delve into gluten development techniques, including the stretch-and-fold method and proofing processes. We’ll demonstrate how to shape and bake your loaf, and share tips for incorporating bread baking into your busy lifestyle.
Every participant will leave with their own starter and dough to shape and bake at home! This workshop welcomes both total beginners and those looking to refresh and expand their sourdough knowledge.
