Strategy as an Emotional Act: An Interactive Practice for Changemakers (Human+Tech Week)

What becomes possible when you design with emotions at the center, not around them?
Most systems change work is technically significant but often lacks an intentional emotional foundation. This 2-hour session treats that as a design challenge. We give you the tools, the frameworks, and the constraints. You bring the real material: your own experience of doing this work, the relational dynamics inside your teams, and the systems you're trying to change.
We move through four design layers: what you're actually feeling, what that creates between people, what emotional conditions make systems genuinely generative, and what all of it means when AI is part of the design.
