Turnieje siatkówki, koszykówki i piłki nożnej 5x5/7x7 z profesjonalnym sędziowaniem oraz walką o medale i Puchar Prorektor.

Ultimate Frisbee.
Edukacja i Chill
Darmowe konsultacje, stretching, punkt Koła Seksuologii oraz strefa Koła Herbacianego. Wyścigi rzędów i Kahoot! Drużynowe konkurencje, quiz wiedzy o sporcie i uczelniach oraz nagrody. Foodtrucki i finał Przez cały dzień kuchnia azjatycka i słodkości, a na koniec wręczenie medali, Pucharu i nagród.

Sport, health and integration in one place. Instead of a regular PE class, we invite you to a day full of competition, movement, health education, chill zones and prizes.
The rule is simple: have fun, take part in activities and win prizes from the organizers.
What’s waiting for you?
Official Warm-up
We will kick things off with the APS Physiotherapy Club, which will help prepare your body for the sports challenges ahead.
Sports Zone
Volleyball, basketball and football/soccer tournaments in 5v5 or 7v7 format, with professional refereeing and a chance to compete for medals and the Vice-Rector’s Cup.
Ping-pong and Ultimate Frisbee will also be available for those who prefer something more casual.
Education & Chill
Free consultations, stretching, the Sexology Club information point and the Tea Club zone. Relay Races and Kahoot! Team competitions, a quiz about sports and the universities, and prizes to be won. Food Trucks and Finale Asian cuisine and sweets will be available throughout the day, followed by the presentation of medals, the Cup and prizes at the end.
