Join us for a soothing, guided meditation designed to bring relaxation and stillness into your life for one tranquil hour. 🌿 This practice is perfect for easing stress, calming the mind, enhancing sleep, and fostering overall wellbeing. No prior experience is necessary — simply arrive as you are, ready to breathe and be present.
Location: A beautiful bush studio in Faulconbridge, just 5 minutes from the Springwood center. Surrounded by peaceful bushland and offering serene views of trees and mountains, this is a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of the week and embrace a slower, quieter, and more grounded experience.
What to Bring/What’s Provided:
- Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks are provided.
- Feel free to bring a blanket for added comfort!
Cost: $20 (community offering) 💵 Cash & Card accepted. This is offered at an accessible community price to welcome all who feel called to participate.

Arrival Notes:
- Drive to the end of the cul-de-sac, where parking is available inside the last set of gates on the left.
- If parking on the street, please park only on the left-hand side and be considerate of neighboring homes.
- Note that there are stairs leading up to the studio.
