22 Too Many 5K

🏃‍♀️💙 Join us for the Official 12th Annual 22 Too Many 5K Race! This special event is dedicated to the families of fallen soldiers affected by PTSD. Tragically, approximately 22 veterans take their own lives each day, and through our athletic events, we aim to raise awareness and provide support. Let's come together to honor their memories and reduce the stigma surrounding PTS.

Overflow parking available at the nearby Lutheran church (North of the park off 56th Street).

💰 Pricing

• Early Registration: $30
• After April 1: $35
• After May 18: $40
  All participants receive a custom finisher medal, lapel pin, and special wristband. You can also add a 22 Too Many Tech Shirt for just $15 more! 🎖️

• Refreshments including water, Gatorade, and popsicles served!

Participants will carry photos of fallen soldiers to honor their memories. Share your experience on social media to connect with their families!

Can't make it on the day? Join us virtually! You can run or walk anytime, anywhere. Simply report your finishing time via email or post a photo on our event page. Let us know who you ran for!
