So we made a day where you can.

Hosted by a group of grandmothers:
Learn embroidery
Eat homemade food
Be told you work too much
Leave knowing you deserve a break.

A Manual Break, granny approved.
Limited spots.

What this Sunday will look like:
A warm welcome at the door: tea, biscuits and a familiar question: “Have you eaten?”
A short introduction to A Avó Veio Trabalhar and the grandmothers hosting the experience
A 3-hour embroidery workshop, guided by our grandmothers. Learning slowly, one stitch at a time
A homecooked Portuguese lunch, prepared and served by the grandmothers
Time to stay, sit, chat or simply do nothing
Small moments of care, conversation and wisdom throughout the day
A handmade piece to take home, in case you forget you’re allowed to stop
