We'll kick off the event with gentle aerial yoga, utilizing silk hammocks to decompress your spine, foster body trust, and instill a sense of lightness and play. 🌈 This session is accessible to all levels as no prior experience is required.

Next, we’ll move into guided conscious breathwork, carefully designed to help you release stagnant energy, balance your nervous system, and create inner space.

As your body relaxes and your mind quiets, surrender to a reiki-infused sound bath, where healing frequencies will aid in integration, restoration, and profound inner tranquility. 🧘‍♀️
