AI Process Automation for Growth Teams
About the Event
This is the second installment of our "Future of Work in the AI Era" workshop series, co-hosted by Impact Hub Berlin and the Founder2Founder community.
We are diving into the operational core of modern growth teams: how to replace manual, repetitive processes with AI-powered systems that actually run. This session is designed for those ready to move past the "interesting demo" phase and build automated ecosystems that a team can actually rely on to scale.
The Lineup
Alexander Surnin (CEO & Product Architect, Surnin Synergy): An ex-AAA GameDev expert in AI-driven process automation, transforming manual pipelines into high-performance systems. Worked with brands like Google, Meta, Red Bull, Hermès, LEGO, Ford, Nissan, Activision, EA.
Nikolas Adamopoulos (Talonic): focused on enterprise AI data structuring and scalable go-to-market automation. Partnered with NVIDIA and Microsoft; Humboldt University scholar.
The Format
The evening consists of a keynote talk followed by a hands-on workshop. You will leave with a real understanding of what to automate, how to structure it, and—most importantly—what typically breaks along the way.
Key Takeaways
Sales automation: Building (lead enrichment, intent signals, personalisation, follow-ups) that doesn’t spam
Marketing/content pipelines: turning one idea into 20 assets with consistency
Data accessibility for all: how to simplify complex infrastructures so every professional can make informed decisions.
