Audubon takes great pride in its baseball legacy, and the Audubon Little League is at its heart. This tournament represents the dedication of countless families and volunteers who keep the spirit of Audubon Baseball alive.

Bring your family and cheer for the exciting softball matches starting at 09:00 on Saturday! Ten teams will face off in a spirited competition, all vying for the prestigious Jake Day trophy while raising funds to support Mrs. Jake's ongoing commitment to the youth of Audubon.

All proceeds will benefit the Marian Jakubowski Scholarship Fund.

A Bit of History:
In 1984, Marian Jakubowski passed away, leaving behind her husband and seven sons. An active volunteer for 19 years, she supported the Audubon Little League as a Team Mom, Concession Stand Manager, and Assistant Coach. One of her most notable achievements was leading her team to victory as Minor League Champions. Tragically, Marian passed away, and her family established the scholarship in her honor, leading to the creation of this tournament in the early 1990s to support it.

Throughout the years, the tournament has featured teams from various community groups, including the Fire Department, schools, and local families. Marian's family continues to participate every year in her memory.

The event is not just about competition but also cherished memories with story-worthy moments of home runs, friendly rivalries, and a community coming together.
