“Asserting Their Just Rights” Revolution NJ Jubilee at Old Dutch Parsonage

Join us for a momentous occasion as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of New Jersey’s Declaration of Independence! On 10 oktober 17:00 - 19:00, gather at the historic Old Dutch Parsonage where we’ll engage in a dramatic reading of New Jersey’s first Constitution, adopted on July 2, 1776.

🌅 As the sun sets and the beacon is lit, relive history in the very location where Frederick Frelinghuysen and Rev. Jacob Rutsen Hardenbergh brought forth our state’s independence, simply for ‘asserting their Just Rights.’

In support of this historic event, enjoy the backdrop of the beautifully revitalized Wallace House & Old Dutch Parsonage State Historic Sites, a project backed by the Wallace House and Old Dutch Parsonage Association and Revolution NJ.
