Embark on a captivating journey with twin brothers František and Ondřej Klišík, who live off the grid in the enchanting Šumava region. Their only companions are each other and their pets. Each brother has forged unique coping mechanisms for their shared isolation: while František loses himself in imaginative worlds and dreams of soaring through the skies, Ondřej critically observes his brother's whimsical attempts.
Inspired by Aleš Palán and Jan Šibík's book of the same name, this thought-provoking documentary challenges the conventions of our world through the lens of their escape from the mundane. A visually rich portrayal of prolonged seclusion and the evolving dynamics of a sibling bond, it beautifully unfolds against the backdrop of nature's rhythms.
