🌟 Join us for a thrilling experience with a NEW 4K RESTORATION! 🌟 Celebrate the 25th Anniversary Screening of Trouble Every Day, featuring an introduction by writer ALEX WEST!
🖤 Presented in partnership with the American Cinematheque, ‘Bleak Week: Cinema of Despair’ is an annual film festival dedicated to showcasing remarkable cinematic works that delve into the darkest aspects of humanity and the somber chapters of our history. The fifth annual edition in June 2026 extends its reach to nearly 100 theaters across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and South and Central America, with each venue offering its own curated lineup of unapologetic films defined by painful truths and deep empathy.
👰🤵 Follow the story of American newlyweds Dr. Shane and June Brown (played by Vincent Gallo and Tricia Vessey) as they embark on their honeymoon in Paris. Their journey takes a sinister turn when Shane seeks out his former medical colleague Leo (Alex Descas), hoping to find information or a cure for the tropical virus that has turned Leo's wife (Béatrice Dalle) into a lethal predator—and poses a similar threat to Shane himself.
