Join us for Breath is Life Community Breathwork, an enlightening evening filled with conversation, essential oils, and profound self-discovery! All levels are encouraged to participate.

✨ What to Expect:
This active breathwork practice aims to help you listen inward and connect with the wisdom of your heart. We'll delve into deeper emotional and energetic layers using essential oils and engaging conversation prompts.

🌿 Whether you're new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this session is designed to meet you where you are in your journey. It's not about forcing outcomes or reaching goals; instead, it's an opportunity to allow what lies within to come to the surface.

🌊 We'll harness the life-giving power of breath to move stuck energy, release inhibiting patterns, and embrace personal growth.

💬 Prior to our practice, we'll reflect on these prompts:

• When someone gives to you, how fully do you let it in?
• What is your relationship with receiving?
• How often do you find yourself giving versus receiving?

🧘 Activities Include:

• Paired partner work to explore our conversation prompts
• Use of specially crafted essential oils to deepen your experience
• A comprehensive breathwork session lasting about 35-45 minutes
• A closing circle with optional reflections

🧳 What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on (essential!)
• An eye mask or something to cover your eyes
• A journal and pen for reflections
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Comfortable, cozy layers to enhance your experience

👤 Meet Your Guide - Alex:
At age 11, Alex discovered the incredible power of breath through playing the trombone. With over twenty-three years of experience in music, he understands the profound impact breath can have on inner peace and self-connection. After training under world-renowned teacher David Elliot, Alex is excited to share this transformative practice with our community. Let's embark on this journey together!
