At the very least, you should have studied the Lamrim (Buddhist philosophy Course Intro) or have a good familiarity with Buddhist Teachings. In PERSON or ONLINEBuddha's Teachings are aimed at taming one's own mind of all mental afflictions and delusions to find inner peace. This state is only possible with a deep and acute knowledge of one's own mind and how it functions. Knowledge of reality is also of crucial importance, because Buddhist Teachings say that all the sufferings originate from a wrong perception of reality.
