What to Expect from Centered Riding®

Centered Riding® integrates classical principles with body-mind awareness techniques. Participants will engage in both unmounted bodywork and mounted exploration to:

• 🌟 Release unnecessary tension for softer, more effective aids
• 🌟 Access core strength and movement coordination
• 🌟 Enhance communication with your horse through clarity and feel
• 🌟 Ride with greater comfort, ease, and confidence

About Sue Falkner-March

With nearly 40 years of dedication to Centered Riding since studying under Sally Swift and her senior instructors in 1986, Sue champions a teaching style that promotes respect for the horse's intelligence and encourages riders to become more aware and effective.

Sue’s credentials include:

• Advanced TTEAM / TTouch® Practitioner (Level 2)
• Connected Riding® Instructor
  These methodologies enhance equine body awareness and promote physical and mental balance.
