Join us at the stunning Marselisborg Bay, where we blend ancient wisdom with nature. 🌅 Instead of confined spaces, we’ll gather between the forest and sea, allowing the scenery to enhance our Chi Kung (Qi Gong) experience.

  • Centering body-scan and gentle warm-ups
  • Foundational Chi Kung movements and sequences
  • Standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang) to promote relaxation and inner awareness
  • Breath awareness and energy circulation
  • Grounding exercises to conclude your practice
