Join us for captivating concerts every Wednesday and Friday at 16:00 in Permanenten, during the enchanting Thaulow exhibition! ✨

From 10 June to 21 August, immerse yourself in a unique musical journey. This series is inspired by a new direction in music that blossomed at the end of the nineteenth century, prioritizing sound color, atmosphere, and fleeting impressions rather than traditional dramatic forms. 🎨

Explore the works of legendary composers like Claude Debussy, whose innovative use of whole-tone scales and harmonic exploration creates an evocative sound. You will also hear pieces by Norwegian greats, including Edvard Grieg and Agathe Backer Grøndahl.

Each concert lasts for 30 minutes, showcasing talented pianists throughout the summer season. Here’s a glimpse of our featured performers:
