CONFESSIONS LOS ANGELES
Join us for a mesmerizing evening of cocktails, live performances, and unfiltered honesty! 🌟
Why do we feel the urge to confess? What beckons us to share our most messy, unfinished, and vulnerable moments? CONFESSIONS gathers a remarkable lineup of artists, writers, and performers, all exploring these profound questions.
The Evening's Agenda:
🍹 Start with cocktails and bites for the first 90 minutes.
🎤 Five talented artists will each take five minutes to share a confession in their unique style: whether it's a song, a poem, a performance, or an untold story.
🎶 Following the confessions, Michael R. Speciàle will treat us to an excerpt from his new material, Bottoming for Jesus, showcasing his solo cabaret performance destined for the Edinburgh Fringe this August: "The (W)hole Confession," featuring the new poignant song, "Why Didn't My Mama Abort Me?"
🕺 After the thought-provoking confessions, let’s raise our glasses and dance the night away!
Admission is FREE! 🎟️ Contributions are encouraged and will directly support the Edinburgh Fringe runs of Bottoming for Jesus and Mandy Harris Williams' Critique Cabaret, both from Family Affairs Studio.
✨ Stay tuned for the lineup announcement coming soon!
📅 When: Tuesday, June 9th from 7 PM to 11 PM
