Experience the powerful combination of Winston-Salem's own Dan Locklair, who intertwines the poignant poetry of Maya Angelou, narrated by NC poet laureate Jaki Shelton Green, with a vast orchestra and chorus. 🌈

The evening culminates with Copland’s grand Symphony No. 3, a tribute to the everyday heroes in our communities, highlighted by the beloved melody of “Fanfare for the Common Man.” 🎺
