Creative Meet-Ups and Short Films

Join us for a delightful afternoon at Good Shepherd Studios in Leytonstone, where creativity and community come together! This monthly event, hosted by WOFFF (Women Over 50 Film Festival), invites women over 50 to relax, connect, and enjoy a variety of activities.

🧘‍♀️ Chair Yoga: Start your afternoon with gentle, chair-based stretches at 2:00 PM to awaken your body.

☕ Hot Drinks & Snacks: At 3:00 PM, enjoy some warm drinks and tasty snacks while mingling with other attendees.

🎬 Short Films: At 3:30 PM, watch inspiring short films made by or about women over 50, celebrating creativity and experience.

This is a drop-in event, so no booking is required—come as you are and make yourself at home!
