We’re bringing Circle back in for a focused workshop on community, designed for creators, founders, and operators who want to build something deeper than just an audience.
This session will explore what it actually takes to build a high-quality, engaged community around your work, from early validation to structure, growth, and long-term sustainability.
We’ll be getting into:
• What makes a community work (and why most don’t)
• How to turn an audience into something more intentional and valuable
• Different models, from memberships to cohorts to hybrid formats
• How community fits into a wider business and revenue model
• Real examples, frameworks, and open discussion
This will be a practical, conversational session with plenty of room for questions, context, and real-time problem solving.
