Founded in 1991 in Mannheim, 🇩🇪 Germany, this Gothic/Dark Metal band is a pioneering force in the scene. Their early works, like Transmigration (1993) and ...Just Dreaming (1994), paved the way for a stunning blend of heavy riffs and melodic keyboards set against dark atmospheres.

With the iconic track Tears of Time from their album Illusions (1995), and the follow-up Awake (1997), Crematory built a dedicated fan base worldwide. Through the years, they’ve evolved, incorporating electronic elements while staying true to their Gothic roots. Notable albums include Act Seven (1998), Believe (2000), and Antiserum (2014).

Their latest release, Destination (2025), debuted at #8 on the official German Album Charts — the band's highest position ever! This achievement highlights their lasting impact and appeal even over three decades after their inception.
