Step into a serene space designed for awareness, reflection, and connection among men. Our second CRY Session invites you to slow down and embrace nature as we embark on a mindful forest walk.
What to Expect:
– Authentic conversations or peaceful reflection, it’s your choice
– A tranquil walk through the forest with fellow participants
– 30 minutes of silent walking
– 30 minutes of guided reflection in pairs
– A safe space to breathe, feel, and simply be
– Experience gentle grounding and presence in nature
