There will be 3 separate challenge where the winner of each challenge will win a prize (yes you can only win once you stud;).
Challenge 1: Who can do the most clean pull-ups without letting go of the bar.
Challenge 2: Who can hold themselves at the top/peak tension for the longest amount of time.
Challenge 3: Who can dead hang for the longest amount of time.
