About the event

Before the algorithm, the feed, before AI rewrote everything... Humans built something wild and open and weird.
The Museum of the Human Web is a one-week pop-up in San Francisco celebrating 60 years of internet history through 85 physical and digital artifacts. We've reserved a private evening inside it for the designers and curious creatives who feel the weight of that legacy in their work.
See the ARPANET IMP Log Book, the original WWW proposal, and the Whole Earth Catalog. Revisit Netscape Navigator in a box, the Club Penguin collectibles, and the Geocities IPO prospectus. Pay your respects to the Twitter Fail Whale, the LimeWire racing jacket, and a Princess Diana Beanie Baby.
Eighty-five objects that explain how we got here.
Hosted by Parallel. Curated with the Computer History Museum, Internet Archive, and Stripe Press.

Drinks and light bites will be served.
