DIY Kit Day has become a lovely tradition throughout several years now! The second week of May traditionally sees the biggest European trade fair for music electronics – Superbooth. Launched by Mr Schneider and Schneider’s Laden (now also a neighbour in Neukölln), the event brings together international noise wizards, sound enthusiasts, synth lovers and many more. As many dealers are still in town, DIY Kit Day has been inviting people to Kranich on Sundays for many years now, getting the soldering irons glowing! They’ll be soldering DIY kits for Eurorack modular systems – and several artists will be presenting their work and modular systems in the Wohnzimmer and theClub „Hinter den Alpen“! For the first time, the Modul-Markt with communal soldering will take place in the *Ostflügel!
Manufacturers in the house will include: ATOV, Befaco, Clacktronics, Error Instruments, Exploding Shed, Krach der Roboter, Modulove, Noisio, Shakmat, SynthLab, Timo Rozendal, Zlob and a few surprize guests.
