What is this?
A full-day, hands-on workshop where you actually get your hands on real drone hardware - not just watch someone do it. You'll assemble a frame, learn the basics of soldering, and understand what a drone is actually made of. Two groups rotate through stations at halftime, so everyone does everything.
No experience needed. Just curiosity.

Schedule
10:00 - 11:00 | Welcome & introductions Who are we, what are we doing, and why. Short intro round with all participants. We'll walk through the plan for the day, split into groups, and align on expectations.
11:00 - 11:30 | Drone 101 (everyone together) What are all the parts called, and what do they actually do? A quick, practical overview before we get our hands dirty.
11:30 - 14:30 | Group A builds / Group B solders
14:30 - 15:00 | Break + group switch
15:00 - 18:00 | Groups switch stations
~17:30 - 18:00 | Closing round What went well, what didn't, what would you change? Time to socialise, swap contacts, and wind down. Then we clean up together.

About the fee - full transparency
We charge a participation fee, and we want to be clear about what that means: this is a non-profit, community event. Every euro goes directly toward purchasing parts and materials. We don't take a cut. Any surplus is reinvested into tools and supplies for future events - nothing else.
Full prepayment is required to confirm your spot. This keeps no-shows low and lets us plan the day properly. Please only register if you intend to show up - and show up on time. We start at 10:00 sharp.

What to bring
Yourself, curiosity, and something to eat. Drinks are available on-site. All materials and tools are provided.
