DURA DIVES | The Invisible Load: Brain, Body and Estate Planning for The Sandwich Generation at Lanserhof at The Arts Club
The Sandwich Generation, adults simultaneously managing the demands of dependent children and aging parents, sits at one of the most complex intersections of modern life. The financial pressures compound the legal complexity. The legal complexity magnifies the emotional weight. And women, who most often carry the coordinating role in these arrangements, are statistically the least likely to seek strategic support.
This Dura Dive brings together three expert voices across neuroscience, private client law, and integrative medicine for an honest, practical, and multidisciplinary conversation. The evening is structured in two parts: the first exploring the emotional and cognitive landscape, the second moving into legal, financial, and medical practicalities. Moderated by Lottie Leefe, Founder of The Dura Society.
