• In-depth review of Gastroc calf release aimed at alleviating cramps, pain, and balance issues.
• Insightful exploration of Foot balance moves.
• Discover 7 additional moves to enhance relaxation and increase flexibility in the ankle, toes, and knee joint.
• Learn how to effectively incorporate these techniques using a Lafuma Reflexology chair or massage table.

• Completion of the general EMMETT Technique Workshop (typically held the day before) or
• Attendance of EMMETT Technique Modules 1 & 2 is required.
