We will talk about what empathy means to each of us. For example discuss how empathy is different from sympathy, agreement, or problem-solving.
When have you felt deeply understood by someone? How do you typically speak to yourself when things go wrong?
Would you speak to a friend the same way? What gets in the way of self-compassion?

This isn’t about becoming more “assertive” or learning a perfect script—it’s about listening to ourselves and learning to honour our needs, one boundary at a time.
