ETSW Summer Residential Camp at Pontispool, July 3rd to 5th

Join us for an exciting weekend at the ETSW Summer Residential Camp from 3rd to 5th July 2026 at Pontispool! 🙌

Camp Schedule:
Friday:

• 11:00 AM: Arrival, unpacking, and settling in
• 2:00 PM: Lessons begin
• 6:30 PM: Dinner

Saturday:

• 8:30 AM: Breakfast
• 10:00 AM: Morning lessons
• 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 2:00 PM: Afternoon lessons

Sunday:

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast
• 9:30 AM: Morning lessons
• 12:30 PM: Lunch
• 2:00 PM: Camp concludes

Group Instructional Camp:
With 32 group instructional spots available, riders will enjoy up to 4.5 hours of instruction including:

• 2 x Cross Country (with an option for gridwork)
• 1 x Show Jumping
• 1 x Dressage

Happy Hacker Camp:
No jumping restrictions – bring your horse! 🐴 Use of the arena and XC course will be available at designated times. Private lessons can also be arranged (additional costs apply).

Junior Members:
Junior riders are welcome but must be supervised by a non-riding parent or an accompanying adult over 25 with transport.

Non-Riding Camp:
Parents can join the camp without a horse; all under 18s must have a supervising adult with them.

Accommodation:
Stay in cozy cabins (limited cabin upgrades available). Please bring your own bedding.

Food:
All meals included! 🥗

• Sunday Breakfast and Lunch
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available (dietary requirements may incur an additional £40).

Stabling:
Straw bedding and hay provided. Ensure your horse's vaccinations are up to date!

Safety:
Riders must wear compliant riding hats/body protectors.

Pampering Treatments:
On Saturday evening, enjoy optional massages and treatments from the Hands-On team (additional costs apply).

Payment & Booking:
Spaces for non-ETSW members open four weeks prior to the event, with an additional surcharge of £20. Full payment required upon booking. Cancellations before 1st June will incur a refund (minus deposit), while later cancellations may only be refunded if the space is filled.

Dogs:
Pets are discouraged – please request permission from Pontispool if you wish to bring your dog.
