About the event

A casual meetup for AI-curious non-technical people. Bring your curiosity, leave with ideas you can use.
We curate the crowd strictly on an exclude-to-include principle. Keeping the room mostly non-technical is what makes it work for non-technical people.
AI is moving fast and most of the conversation about it happens between engineers talking to other engineers. That leaves a lot of curious non-technical people sitting on the sidelines. Everyday AI Club is the room we wished existed: a place for people who use AI, or want to, without a computer science degree. We come together to share what's working for us, with technical expertise in the room when we need it.
Bring your questions, including the ones you've been embarrassed to ask. Leave with ideas you can try tomorrow.
Speaker & demos:
Phil Bennett: When Computers Started Understanding Us
Amir Azimi: My AI second brain: how Claude sorts my notes, tasks, and calendar every morning.
Kirill Cebotari: Creating skills that actually help and save you time
Matteo Cassesse: A simple agent for an annoying task: publishing to YouTube

Who's running this
Phil Bennett is an engineering leadership consultant. 25 years building and fixing engineering teams. He now spends most of his time helping non-engineers become AI-fluent. He has a rare gift for making technical things feel obvious. More at Punk Leadership.
Igor Ranc runs Handpicked Berlin. Former product and project manager, self-described "idea man" who, for years, couldn't ship his own ideas. That changed when he learned what's in our workshops. He now spends most of his free time building things and won't stop talking about it.
Our host this time will be workish.berlin. "It's designed for coworking, events, and all the other stuff we couldn’t quite fit in a name. Join us this summer for a lineup of workshops, exhibitions, and parties centered around creativity, design, music, and emerging tech. We’ve even got a FabLab for makers and a nice big backyard. All right here in Neukölln. Get a free trial day."

How the evening runs
Short opening talk (15 minutes). A grounding talk to set the stage.
A couple of demos for inspiration. A couple of people show how they're actually using AI in their work and life.
Table discussions. Small groups led by table captains, each focused on a topic, for example: personal productivity, marketing and outreach automation, health and wellness, family, creativity and art.
A safe space to share, ask, and learn without feeling behind.
Who this is for
Non-technical people who are curious about AI. Anyone who uses AI, or wants to, but doesn't have a computer science degree and isn't planning to get one. Beginners especially welcome.
Your ticket funds refreshments for the evening. 🍻

Want to present? If you'd like to do a five-minute demo of how you use AI, or pitch a 15-minute opening talk, get in touch by filling out this short form. We're always looking for fresh voices.

Come hang out. We'll save you a seat.
