🍿 About the Film:
ARZÉ is a heartfelt Lebanese comedy-drama that follows a single mother navigating life’s complexities in Beirut alongside her son, Kinan. The film intricately explores family dynamics and social struggles through its captivating performances and strong narrative.

🎥 Storyline:
Arzé, living with her agoraphobic sister and adolescent son, takes a bold step by pawning her sister’s bracelet to secure a down payment for a delivery scooter. But disaster strikes when the scooter is stolen, leading Arzé and Kinan on a wild quest through the vibrant streets of Beirut to reclaim it or figure out how to pay for it.

👩‍🎤 Director's Bio:
Mira Shaib is a talented Lebanese director known for Arzé and her short films “Lilacs” and “Diaspora.” With a BA in Film and Television from LAU in Beirut and an MFA from Concordia University in Montreal, Mira co-founded Cinema For All, an initiative aiming to make cinema accessible in rural Lebanon. She is currently working on her next feature film.
