Equipped with Sound Off immersive headsets, participants are guided by the music inducing a steady full-body motion with only one mission: Do Not Stop Stepping.
F / C / K / strips away the typical gym environment: there are no mirrors and no judgments. It’s an inclusive space designed for you to connect with the beat, push your physical limits, and experience movement as liberation.
